Especially industrial applications have unique water characteristics and treatment challenges, which need to be studied prior to providing a reliable projection. Therefore, CERAFILTEC offers a service to evaluate your special case by using its standard test units and test procedures. 

IN-HOUSE LAB OR ON SITE SAMPLE FILTRATION  

  • Customer can provide a 20 L sample and filtration tests will be executed in CERAFILTEC’s laboratory in Germany
  • Suitcase test units can be provided to customer site and sample filtration will be directly executed at site
  • Tests at site can be supported by CERAFILTEC’s expert team
  • Use of a small single ceramic flat sheet membrane plate  with 0.01 m² filter area
  • Evaluation of flow performance, filtered water quality and required pre-treatment 
  • Results will be used for projection work
